Ad Specifications

  • Submit ad files in JPG or PDF format

  • Full page ads need 1/8" bleed and 1/8" internal margins

  • JPG files and raster elements need minimum 300 dpi

  • Design services available for a $25 fee


Ad Size Options & Orientations

  • Full page: 10.875"h x 8.375"w (portrait/vertical) + 1/8" bleeds

  • Half page: 4.75"h x 7.5"w (landscape/horizontal)

  • Quarter page: 5"h x 3.75"w (portrait/vertical)

  • Third page: 10"h x 2.75"w (portrait/vertical)

  • Business card: 2"h x 3.5"w (landscape/horizontal)


Ad Deadlines

  • Spring issue, March through May: deadline January 15th

  • Summer issue, June through August: deadline April 15th

  • Fall issue, September through November: deadline July 15th

  • Winter issue, December through February: deadline October 15th

 

We do our best to meet the highest standards of design and accuracy, but unexpected results can occur during the printing process. Advertisers who provide pre-made ads will not receive a digital proof. Advertisers who utilize our design services will receive a proof with short time span (2-3 days) to review. If you commit to an ad you will be charged, regardless of whether or not you respond to the proof review email.
